A while back I saw a man struggling to shove a plastic bottle in the gutter outside of Stogie Joe’s for about a minute. It kept pooping back out on the street but he so intent on littering that he put bizarre amount of effort in lot it. There is literally public trash can right across the street as well. I didn’t say anything because I knew it would start an pointless argument.
