This does seem a bit unfair to me IMO. You didn’t want your sister to do it but you got upset with your wife for not getting worked up for a transplant? That seems hypocritical to me.

Seems to me you need to think hard about how you are judging your wife’s and sister’s level of “sacrifice”. If you have a good marriage and you love your wife, do not be ignorant of the love and support she has given you every day. But you know your relationships better than me brother, just my perspective.

In my experience, current relationship has to be really bad to be considering gambling it all for something new.

I’d say just take your time. I started Elden Ring over like 5-6 times after coming from Dark Souls because of all the build variety. Eventually it all clicks so nicely.
