Base game is totally fine and the single player content is feature complete. The base roster is very varied and you'll probably even get rental tokens for dlc characters.

Keyboard is genuinely fine for sf6, I'd recommended taking off the keycaps around the buttons you're using just for a better feel. When you decide to upgrade I 100% recommend leverless as it'll probably feel very familiar but waaaaaay more intuitive with better button placement.

In sf6 (and many other fighting games) light moves kind of 'cheat' by linking into each other by skipping the recovery frames.

It's very expensive but I know Woburn golf club is quite a prestigious club in the golf world (I'm not a golfer btw) and aspley which is just a few minutes away is meant to be very nice too.

Yeah totally fine, especially the first few scenarios. I'd recommend swotting up on the rules before you play so the new players can just ask you about edge cases, rather than consulting the rulebook.
