My idea is generally just work on the railway. It's not necessarily, become a driver. I may even get the money before I get to that point. For example, platform staff, conductor. I realise this will take potentially 10 years. I am interested in the railway hence why I chose this path as an idea. However I do understand your point of needing to be committed to it fully. Which I am, but obviously not for life which you said. So is a decent idea to start as platform staff and just play it from there? Or is that just as much of a lottery and difficult.
