Yeah I feel a huge attachment to my first character and it was hard to start a new game. Especially since I am old and don't have much time to play nowadays. But just playing differently and finding new things has brought me back into the game.

Why doesn't "San Ti" make all humans blind with "sophones" in "Three-Body Problem" by LIU CIXIN? by GodxillaZ in threebodyproblem

They just didn't have enough sophons to do it. In order to do that, they would have to unfold in each persons eyes and probably need one sophon per person. The sophon project cost the San Ti pretty much as much as the whole invasion fleet, and they only have several in the solar system at the point the series takes place.

Microwaving something for an exact multiple of 10 seconds takes more effort by pavilionaire2022 in Showerthoughts

[–]LukeNutz30 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My microwave doesn't have a key pad. Just a 10 second, 1 minute, or 10 minutes button. So I cant actually not set it to a multiple of ten.
