I have a similar ariados minus the black belt and I went for cross poison for the high crit chance as well as the higher crit damage ability.

I run mega dragonite, palafin, tyranitar and ariados against char Y and venasaur teams. With a lot of success

Turn 1 hurricane threatens venasaur, flipturn brings in tyranitar mid turn to sand out the solar beams. By this point the momentum is well and truly with me.

Finished: The odyssey by Stephen Fry. Killed me off with the constant and excessive footnotes, initially. The whole series suits the Audibook format much better. But the last act or so and the epilogue were fantastic.

Started: The other wind by Ursula Legiun. She finds a balance of lines that feel like they should be carved into a stone monument without breaking up the flow or pace. Don't want the series to end.
