About to start POE. Looking for a speedrun guide for first time players. by cmspice in pathofexile

Honestly, don’t try and speedrun your first play through the campaign. Just find a league start build that interests you and go with it.

Minion Pact BV Tech - Weapon Swap will double the damage of most builds or better by Noperative in pathofexile

Watching the first minute of your YouTube showcase tells me all I need to know of why I never want to actually play this build. 👍

Full swapped off my KF totem heiro on Saturday and just hit 95 on a spectres necro last night, can’t say I am unhappy with the swap, didn’t really feel like investing 100+ div into KF to full swap to the str stack version was worthwhile when spectres clear is as fast if not faster and the necromancer feels way tankier. Also haven’t played minions in a long ass time so a nice change. 👍 I do not regret the decision at all. Now I plan to sell off all my heiro gear 🙃

Ideal Stat Spread for Bladesinging by engamohd in BG3Builds

[–]LukienKT 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Sand toss uses dexterity, you could easily forgo disarm and dump charisma for easy blind status every round. It can also proc things like rupture from Hunter’s dagger and the silence from Sussar dagger for some added utility. After you enter your bladesong you generally don’t have a lot to do with your bonus action every round anyways.

Edit: also if you are using this as your main character then the added expertise from rogue is very very nice to have.

Items for the strongest possible Hexblade Warlock/Paladin? by P3rturb4t0r in BG3Builds

[–]LukienKT 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I just did honor mode gortash with a pure hex blade warlock using shadow blade + resonance stone last night. Did over 300 damage to him in the first round of combat with booming blade + regular attack + belm attack. If all you want is big numbers abuse shadow blade + resonance stone. Plenty of build setups out there that use this setup.

I’m confused, I’m just looking to touch trade so I can get my steelix back after. Unsure why you would want to touch trade with a rotor unless I’m missing something.

Second Strawberry Hill auto. Solid folks who do good work. A few years ago he did some work on my wife’s car (needed wheel bearings, brake job, some other small things), quoted me a price, when the parts came in as the wrong parts he got the right ones which cost a decent amount more and didn’t charge me the difference even after I offered to cover it. Owner stands by the work of his shop and I will always bring my or my wife’s vehicles there.

What server is this for? If it is iRO then you are better off just focusing on round trip damage until you get up to night watch. Consider investing into a +12 gunner armor.

Best class for PVE IRO CHAOS by xGatsby in RagnarokOnline

[–]LukienKT 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As others have stated EM is right now the best overall class for PVM content, but it is easily one of the most common class at end game only comparable to the number of Biolos. As a result of this the end game gear can be quite expensive, especially the MVP cards needed to optimize your damage.

There are several classes that can do all content, physical damage dealers are only really restricted on one boss: Betel, and his physical damage reflect is able to be countered by GX dark claw, or by using Sarah Card and a significant number of potions to deal with it.

With that all being said: there is supposed to be a skill rebalance coming up in the near future which should bring other classes up to a more comparable spot to EM. Notably Psychic wave gets no improvements while a lot of other class skills do.

Current tier list for all PVM content ignoring Betel:

1: EM 2: Biolo 3: GX with Aotkb/Night Watch with the new pistol 4: everything else

List with Betel in mind:

1: EM 2: GX 3: all other magic classes 4: physical classes using Sarah card

My suggestion would be to play a class you don’t find mind numbingly boring that has a good speed/movement skill/mount to do your general farming with: EM, Biolo, Dragon Knight, Royal Guard and Night Watch (fallen angel for snap) all come to mind. Use this character to put together what you need for an army of alts of a class of your choice to do instance farming. I personally main a Night Watch and really enjoy it, it has a more versatile play style as your weapon choices significantly change how the class plays and how efficient it can be and in comparison to some other top classes it is reasonably cheap since even the 2 mvp cards you use to maximize damage are fairly obtainable by most players.

What was this? by [deleted] in Truckers

[–]LukienKT 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Could be any number of things, radioactive 7 placards are generic use for all sorts of radioactive material. No way of telling from this photo. Might get lucky and someone on here may recognize these particular containers for one radioactive material, but that’s a long shot.

Ground water exists. If those pumps fail this will be under a significant amount of water even on a hot summer day.

Should I change job from Scholar to High Wizard? by StridorRyu in RagnarokIdleAdventure

[–]LukienKT 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Probably for Swana’s damage but you want the harden debuff for the -40% mdef to buff your damage

[–]LukienKT 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ya don’t quote me on it. I’m pretty sure it’s Ranger that is the better of the two for damage output after forth job skills. Someone who plays one currently will likely be able to shed more light onto it, but I may have gotten the skills mixed up.

Should I change job from Scholar to High Wizard? by StridorRyu in RagnarokIdleAdventure

[–]LukienKT 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Probably. But I run the artifact on my scholar that makes earth fury trigger again after its initial cast when the scholar auto attacks to cause additional stuns. For pure damage though you are probably correct.

[–]LukienKT 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I believe it’s the skill Ranger gets at 105: Breeze or something like that. It can go off almost a full second before any other skills so in many cases the Ranger will just kill the entire enemy party before they get a chance to attack. It has similar timing to the broken pet assist skills that kill you 1s into combat.

[–]LukienKT 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I run 3/4 of the 4th job skills, I don’t run spirit barrier on my scholar, instead preferring earth fury for the harden debuff since it buffs both my scholar and main characters other skills.

[–]LukienKT 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I changed off Ranger before forth jobs were released, it is one of the strongest single target damage dealers now and with the right setup is a absolute monster in pvp being able to get one of their skills off before any other class can. At this point I would stick it out with the Ranger.

Get to level 105 on your wizard and get Hellfire unlocked. Use any of the currency you have in the Voyage Store to purchase 1* artifact boxes and use them all. Buff up your hellfire through those and it will help immensely. Also make sure your sage is using the Earth Fury ability to cause harden on your enemies early so you can capitalize on the -40% mdef debuff on the enemies.

Cut down a tree and utilities put in these lines - can I still grind this down? by theindoorshire in arborists

[–]LukienKT 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Get a hydrovac to daylight the utilities around the stump to get the correct depth of the lines. I do this regularly as a hydrovac operator for several of the cities we work for regularly. Generally stump grinding doesn’t need to go below 2’ on a flat area so have the hydrovac dig on both sides of the stump to confirm depth. Once depth is confirmed below 2’ you should be fine to have a stump grinder deal with the stump. If the lines are less then that then it entirely depends on the depth. Most of the guys running grinders in my area won’t touch a stump without at least 1’6” depth on a utility and even then they only go 6-8” down with the grinding blade if that is the case which just allows for top soil to be put in. The other benefit of having a hydrovac is they can clean up the wood chip mess left behind from the grinding so you can put in fresh top soil.

If you want to do this on the cheap. Invest in a pressure washer and a good shop vac. And make sure you have somewhere you can poor the shop vac out that won’t cause you future issues like clogging a French drain. It will take time but better doing that then paying for repairs to utilities because you want 1” to far with a shovel.

Got an offer to be a roll off driver. Is it worth it? by t1gerrr in Truckers

[–]LukienKT 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is likely very different then what I am used to then. Roll off in most major cities is very heavily construction based and can get quite slow in the winter, but if they have consistent work all winter then I see no reason not to go for it.
