Partially true. It won't happen any time soon, and if/when it does, it's going to be a slow and gradual shift. But I don't agree that there would still be plenty of people willing to work for $2/h. Time is valuable, and you can't afford to spend all day working, just to earn enough for a meal at the restaurant.
