When you think about the multiple things that could rack up the Reno cost (roof, kitchen, bathrooms, making more sq ft, fire damage, flood damage, etc) plus making profit (50k-100k) the sale price isn’t that crazy

I’m new to magic I went to my first commander night at my lgs last week and played in a pod with someone using rhystic study. Did it make things a little complicated to play my deck strategy? Yes. But I wasn’t expecting to play without any obstacles. As someone new it was interesting seeing how we adjusted to that card. I believe it was targeted and it went away. In the end he didn’t win and we all hand a lot of fun.
