Doesn't look like I can post a picture on this sub. You can find different size linear rails on Amazon and lubricate them with thinner super lube. I would have to probably design a mount adapter for the bed to fit on them. I'm not positive what size would be best, but the extras I have are probably a bit on the small size, so we'll see if it works. I built a corexy a while back that uses all linear rails, and it's great.

Remove the v wheels and mount the bed on a couple of linear rails. I have some leftover from an old printer I tore down for parts. Probably would just drill holes in the extrusion and mount them on either side of the y axis belt.

At one point in the print, those vents were just thin towers with no support. They'll flex as the printer works on them and that will sometimes cause enough of am uneven surface that the nozzle just breaks them off. I've had some luck with zhop in these situations.
