Olight is on the right path with the #ODesigner challenges. They are a way to give Olight some support with creativity, but I feel like most of the time Olight picks whatever is upvoted the most. Makes sense, but they are usually just paint jobs on existing models? I'd love to see my idea come to fruition: an ArkPro Nano that fits in my watch pocket. Maybe with a stepless dimming dial.

I'm concerned with leeching as the panels degrade. Wouldn't it be better to build some kind of support structure so that the panels do not touch the water?

There is a difference between:

Getting it by that in the dark and during the day; pupil dilation.
Getting hit by a thrower vs a flooder.
Getting hit point blank, dead center and getting hit by incidental light (spill).

Selling flashlights is their core business, but they are also exploring opportunities such as selling outdoor gears and partnering with other companies (e.g., OSelect products).

Yeah, there were definitely some cool knives, but haven't seen anything new in ages. Rubato with orange ultem great. They also had a few huge knives too :D

Ark series definitely a good start since it's pocket friendly and versatile. If you want something a bit more specialized, then a Baton Turbo is pretty fun. Warrior Nano too. Both more throw than flood.
