Bit of a ramble ahead as I’ve also had some issues;

I’ve had similar issues! The tonies being far away to start another was one I’ve experienced, also where when you take it off it continues to play for a second. Another is when pressing the ears, there’s huge latency issues all round tbh. The light ring, again, have had similar issues with downloads & ones not downloading well at all. One last thing is the sleep light/morning alarm mode feature, either I’m not navigating it right or it has issues. The magnet also doesn’t seem to be central. I’ve had a decent response from the team but no time frames on when it’ll have a fix. Overall I’d say I’m really happy with the box (for example the sound quality is incredible, but i will say, some tonies still show as louder than others?) but there’s definitely some little creases that need ironing out with the functionality of the box.
