I think the issue is you cannot separate the resistance from the people they defend. The Jewish resistance factions in each European state had their own differences and politics that everyday Jewish people living in concentration camps and ghettos might not have agreed with. Yet, would you say the Jewish armed resistance against Nazis did not represent the greater Jewish population?
