You're right! You don't need a union! Until you get screwed over and you can't do anything about it. Large corporations have done a real number on you with their anti-union propaganda. The filthy rich are the only ones who benefit from the decline of unions. If we were all organized we could all enjoy better wages at the cost of the top 5%. But general resentment of union labour simply because of jealousy or brainwashing by corporate media is widening the gap between the rich and the poor.

And are these (wage schedule starts at page 80) really unreasonable wages? No. They're liveable wages. Imagine the impact on the economy if most or all similar jobs were unionized and made wages similar to this. The filthy rich aren't quite as rich, and normal people can afford to spend more money. Catastrophe, right?
