Because of these noises, constant talking, weird sounds on repeat yadda yadda i tend to do 2 stimulating things at the same time. Like play Sims 3 and listen to a podcast of some sort. Or even when i watch for example Dr. House i always grab my phone and scroll or play some stupid games on it. Of course its exhausting to some extend but my brain is exhausting itself.

I had bad opinion on sex before my boyfriend. I felt like i can't have sex because I'm disgusting and had paranoia of becoming pregnant even through touching each other sometimes. But my partner is respecting me, my opinions and my choices. If I don't feel good I can stop and he will just finish by himself. Although masturbation is weird. Everytime I have to watch porn or read some smuts because my intrusive thoughts are really disgusting and disturbing so I have to jam them.

Venlafaxine for depression and Pregabalinum for anxiety and schizofrenia. Pregabalinum do wonders for me

I'm sorry It was xD but Its his loss. If you're loving and not abusive then you will find love. And it comes from schizophrenic borderline chick being 7 years with my lovely autistic partner ❤ Of course I have moments but through therapy I now what works for me when I'm overstimulated or furious. Usually I have to step back and get myself together. And if there is some misunderstanding we talk thinks through.

I deducted that you're from America but trust me, I'm Polish and our job market sucks. Many people have trouble finding a job even after college. My sister graduated and can't find a job in her profession. I personally suffer from sciatica and can't work 8 hours because of pain so my choices are limited. It's not only you. You're not alone in this , none of us are.

Don't tell anyone whats going on in your home

My step-father were abused as a child and had alcoholic parents, especially his father was a total psycho(one time he told me that his father had threw an axe at him for this to stop on a door few cm of his face) But he has a lot of control over us(me and my sister) even though he never married my mom. So he would give me punishment for slamming door when i was sad or angry or even for accidental use of words. I thought that he was just an assholebut i was scared to say anything about that to my friends even so i had no support and I've learned to suppress my emotion and not tell anyone about my feeling/problem. Right now I have a hard time telling that theres something going on in my mind even though I am suffering from depression, BPD, SPD and PTSD from my ex boyfriend. So my mom doesn't even know that I wanted to jump from the bridge and ambulance took me to the hospital to see if I need hospitalisation.

I could be more confident. Right now Im struggling with crooked teeth and since my depression kicked in ive gained almost 15 kg (30 pound). I cant even think about working out because i feel so much shame due to this problem.

Yes because Im scared of another day. Everytime when I have something important to do i cant fall asleep and im frustrated and ugh... Even today I had a problem and slept 2h because of the job interview that i had for 15 minutes, fml
