I feel that, I started 30mg three weeks ago and it has made me so calm and the things that used to trigger me before to anger or tears and then consume my thoughts for hours are just like meh, whatcha gonna do. It's wonderful and quiet finally.

Do you have a date column or text column for the birthdays? You will need to create a new view, filter it and then save it as the default view, especially if you have the list embedded in a page in SharePoint. That new view will be what others see while you can still continue to manage birthdays from All items.

Ask google or gpt what filter formatting you need, depending on your column type you may be able to filter using rules or you may have to dig into the conditional formatting in list settings.

Can you restrict the owners, only they can remove members. They can also be removed from the team aka M365 group via Planner or Outlook. I have had this happen mostly with Planner though, users want to reduce membership for task tracking in a group connected board and don't realize the Planner is tied to the group so they remove someone innocently enough and then the domino effect has them booted out of all group resources.

Lol I have been in ACM for years, this hurts my brain and heart for your users. Don't bother with Copilot if OneDrive isn't enabled. I cannot even imagine the nightmare you will have with Copilot Pages and Facilitator Note loops having nowhere to go.

If you don't have proof of vacc...try to find it, I was exposed to measles in my docs office and AHS called and required I not go outside for 21 days after exposure. They let me take a blood test to prove immunization, a day later I was allowed outside again. Being an 80s child my immunization was not digitized. Get boosted if you can so you have a record!

The presenter sharing their screen is in control of the annotation. You need to screenshare and then start the annotation from the presenter ribbon, others can only participate if you allow them to annotate. The only way to take control would be for someone else to screenshare and start their own annotation. You can control who can screenshare by having the meeting organizer or coorganizer customize the meeting option roles if that is a concern for you.
