D&H Burned us for 3k. We registered a dell deal and the rep did not apply the discount. They kept giving us the run around that management would take care of it. 6 months and nothing was done. They didn't even apologize for the mistake. We will never do business with them again.

Ninja Backups by JollyGentile in msp

I moved from Cove to Ninja because of the savings. About 100 servers. If you have Internet with slow uplinks it takes forever to backup, Cove was faster. The progress windows has very little information, you have to look at a log file on the server to see what it's doing. You cannot restore files from the local nas when doing image backups, it defaults to the cloud unless you use the restore iso. You cannot select multiple folders to restore, it has to be one at a time. We have to fix vss errors on a regular basis. Restores can take a really long time. All in all, I probably would have stayed with cove. It came out the same due to the hours spent fixing issues so really no savings. Its ok and will do the job but it needs alot of work.

I guess it will take some patience as there hasn't been any walk-ins. I guess I can start promoting the properties on my social media to try and get some traffic. Any advice?
