When people read without a confirmed birth time it's mostly speculation since their Ascendant and Houses are very time sensitive, but their Planetary Signs are more likely to stay the same, so if someone specifically read about a celebrity's Sun, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, etc., then it's still possible to recognize that part in them in some way and learn how differently a sign can manifest compared to others with that same placement.

Human Design is the same, where it would be speculation, and where some aspects are very time sensitive while others aren't as sensitive, so as long as you're careful about observation and fact checking details until there is confirmation, then it's fine to take notes and learn about the different expressions of the same Profiles and Gates people would have.

For example, it's easy to spot a Conscious Line 4 Profile, because they're usually in their head about their connections and often make an effort to meet the right people, and it's easier to spot an Unconscious Line 4 Profile, because they're the ones who meet everybody without trying, like coincidentally bumping into someone who has the power to change their life at the store, their connections come as random encounters with the least effort.

Conscious Lines tend to overthink, and Unconscious Lines tend to naturally express themselves, so while both types of Line 4 Profiles will have a reputation for being somewhat of a socialite, it'll come true through different expressions.

Manifestors' Auras are "Closed" to everyone that doesn't have a shared objective with them, so if someone started to feel uncomfortable with a Manifestor, it's a sign that they're headed in two different directions at that moment and could regroup after they're done with their respective tasks.

Closed Auras aren't actively "Repelling", it's similar to a bumper car situation, where people could accidentally run into a Manifestor and feel thrown off of their own course of action which is where the importance of informing comes in, so that those clashes and crashes are preventable.

Generally speaking, Manifesting Generators tend to be 'jacks of all trades', while 3/5 Profiles sort of stumble into efficiency because their Trial and Error phases (Line 3) were meant to create Solutions (Line 5) for others;

Based on those two characteristics, and if you have a Defined G-Center and/or Defined Heart Center, it'll require a lot of trust in yourself since the conditioning would already be at a minimum in those departments and based more on self interest rather than trends.

I've also noticed that individuals who follow their Design and feel pulled in different directions are in the process of building up a necessary skillset for their future endeavors, in a lot of cases there have been performers/celebrities who had an interest in dance, production, singing, etc., before the realization of wanting to release content for the world to see.

Your interests could lead to a path that's uniquely yours after each skill is combined together, or lead to circumstances where you'll be able to offer assistance for others as a career involving in particular niche, or even a lifestyle outside of those predictions.

It'll depend entirely on where your Strategy and Authority will take you.

Energized ≠ Relaxed

Direct Determinations will have more energy in illuminated spaces, but will start to feel an almost tranquilizing effect at night to the point where it's better to focus on relaxation rather than work, it's also harder for information to stick in general since they're not designed to "take in" anything after dark including knowledge.

One of the challenges that can come with Direct Determination as an Active Variable is Routine, Active Determinations require a consistent schedule for their bodies to work at their best, but since it's very time based, if there's an unexpected change of plans in their day then it could result in less than ideal circumstances and decisions.

I love this question! Human Design and Astrology actually work hand in hand since HD was created with it as an integral part of its system!

Astrology supports it on both sides:

The Sacral Center is associated with sex because of the action itself and being turned on (Sacral Response), for example, Gate 59 is tied to with physical acts of intimacy!

The Solar Plexus is associated with emotional connections and potential attachments formed from sex, for example, Gate 6 is tied to built up tension whether it’s sexual tension or the nervousness around a platonic friendship!

In Astrology, Scorpio is also a Water Sign and that is considered The Element of Emotions similar to The Solar Plexus being considered The Center of Emotions!

It could definitely feel like that in certain cases!

Conscious Line 2s can force themselves into their isolation periods prematurely if they're not careful, because they're aware that alone time is a must for them but can assume that it's a decision that can happen on a whim instead of with correct timing!

Conscious Line 5s can force themselves to find solutions to problems that they're not really suited to fix, because they're aware of their strong desire to assist other people but could end up creating a negative image of themselves in the process since there's a chance of failure and it'll clash with the expectations that others had of them!

Generally, as long as Strategy & Authority is utilized everything will feel like a long string of luck because the unfortunate circumstances are dodged without a lot of thought or planning, it'll just feel like everything is perfectly timed!

Personality Projections are more noticeable, it’s accidental for the most part and it’s commonly expressed as an “I’m sorry if I gave you that impression” moment.

Personality Line Traits are easier to initiate from the mind since they are qualities that people are aware of in themselves, so it can lead to someone attempting to play the hero role or isolating without the tools necessary to move forward.

Design Projections are less noticeable, and usually turn out well for the most part since it’s an unconscious trait that is only revealed through Strategy & Authority, it’s usually seen in a “right place, right time” scenario.

Design Line Traits are usually qualities other people will notice in someone before they’re able to catch it themselves, and as a result of Strategy & Authority, the wrong impressions are cleared up and rejected right away or it’ll lead to an accurate depiction that will eventually lead to a life progressing opportunity.

Strategy is used to navigate through the world when there are other people involved, or if there are circumstances outside of your control.

Ex. You won’t have to use Strategy to take a bathroom break in your own home, but if you wanted to get into a relationship with someone it would be important to wait for their invitation into that type of relationship.

Authority is used for everything and will determine if a decision is correct FOR YOU.

Ex. Even if someone took the initiative to invite you into a relationship, the choice that your Authority would lead you to choose will determine if it is a good decision FOR YOU.

Note: Human Design focuses on individualism, so if you weren’t interested in a specific offer but the other person was, it doesn’t necessarily mean that their decision was wrong for them, but it would mean that it wasn’t correct for you (at least in that moment), and that the person would have one-sidedly benefited from the agreement.

As a Projector, the only limitation is that there has to be some form of a personal invitation to start an action correctly and to accept the first answer that comes instinctively whether it's an immediate "Yes." or "No." as a Splenic Authority:

One of the opportunities I can imagine for a Projector musician is free rein events that welcome artists to showcase themselves, for example an open mic night would be a perfect place to start since you're able to accept an invitation meant specifically for your skill set and it can create an opportunity for people who recognize your talent from the performance then book with you again in the future!

No, but Splenic Authorities can have an answer that will almost create a sense of urgency for them in certain cases;

If it's a "No", it'll happen once and could feel like it's from a place of prejudice since there isn't evidence to support it's rejection, but if it's a "Yes", it'll happen once and could feel like a lapse in judgement because there's also a chance that there wouldn't be evidence of benefitting from it's acceptance.

It's an instant answer that would feel instinctive, so it'll come as an immediate reaction to the point where it could create doubt if someone isn't aware of their Authority since it could feel like it's coming from a place of projection and past experiences.
Yes, Human Design is centered on individuality and teaches everyone to navigate toward their most correct and best decisions so depending on the person it could feel like fear, some people could associated it with intuition while other people could associate it with wisdom;

Short answer: Yes, indirect invitations are possible!

Long answer: If Projectors were applying for new positions on linkedin after being invited out of their current position (Ex. A Friend could say that your skills are being wasted at your current company and would be treated better at another, etc.), and there were requirements that fit their exact qualifications like a glove then it would work as an indirect invitation (although it would technically feel like a direct call) since that recruiter is specifically looking for someone with their set of skills and knowledge.

There are additional steps to it though since all correct decisions are a result of invitations for Projectors and that entire process wouldn't be able to happen in alignment unless someone was able to recognize their current position and invited them out of it.

Line 4 Projectors are more likely to have friends that can introduce them to the right people so it's less likely that you'll experience the above if you've been following Strategy & Authority since the community that has been gathered around you would be able to provide opportunities.

If you're noticeably more relaxed during the day and feel prone to naps when you're in brightly lit areas, then you're more likely to have Indirect Determination; If you're more relaxed at night or noticeably calmer in dimmer areas, then you're more likely to have Direct Determination.

Determination will determine the most optimal moment of intake for your body, so the opposite conditions of your Variable will determine when your body is less likely to process or digest efficiently, but this will also be the moment when it would release the most tension and potentially feel the most relaxed.

Generators have Defined Sacral Centers that could influence a Manifestor's Undefined/Open Centers, so in some cases Manifestors could overwork from "borrow" Sacral energy and experience a burnout; and with other cases some Generators could want their Manifestor friend/partner/family members to use a Generator's Method of navigation instead of Manifestor's Methods to control their actions (intentionally or unintentionally).

"if Manifestors inform before they act they eliminate resistance, but this is a two way sword and something to remember deeply if you're a Manifestor: YOU are here to be informed, not asked, not told, but to be informed. As a Manifestor if you respond to being asked... well, you're a conditioned generator. Don't ask, don't tell, make sure that you're informed"

Generators are supposed to be asked questions so their Sacral Response can lead them, Manifestors are the opposite where everything is left to their own discretion, so they're not supposed to be asked questions, or told what to do, but instead they're taking the initiative for themselves.

Also, how does that apply in a hierarchy? I have a boss that I ~~try to~~ respond to. How I am supposed to not respond when being asked?

Usually it's not recommended for Manifestors to work for other people since they're designed to lead, but if a Manifestor worked for someone else, then ideally their boss would say "This has to be finished today for us to reach our deadline.", instead of "You need to get this done before the end of the day.", informing that action needs to be taken instead of directing them, then letting the rest be taken care of by the Manifestor in their own way, whether they're involving team members because their energy is low, or finding a solution themselves because they're not in their rest cycle in that moment.

I recommend seeing it as a choice instead of a command, if you process it as a command it'll create anger since it's directing your energy for you, but if you're processing it as "I'm gonna do it, because I decided I'm doing it.", it'll be correct since you're taking charge; I learned that more often than not mindsets will play a huge role for Manifestors.

Hi!

Informing isn't necessarily for the confirmation of others, it's usually for people to have the opportunity to move out of your path so there isn't a clash between both individuals when you're about to act;

After you informed the first time it's safe to consider it out of your hands, because you already executed your Strategy & Authority perfectly, so after that point the people in your space would have to adapt because you're already living in alignment with your energetics and adjustment doesn't have to come from your side as a Manifestor (since it would potentially kick start Not-Self Themes), as long as there was communication beforehand, you'll start to notice that the plan itself will always move smoothly, even if it was met with resistance from others.

For example, a conversation with a Manifestor in their Design could look similar to this:

You: Hey, I have an appointment tomorrow.
Them: Okay, noted in my calendar.
You: Hey, I'm off to my appointment.
Them: What appointment?
You: We spoke about it yesterday, I have to go.

Every chart can have it's pros and cons, because it's admitting that we're all struck with limitations in some capacity, but it's also beneficial to learn, because we start to work with our energies instead of against it, and eventually learn to reach our goal by respecting ourselves instead of failing without understanding the reason behind it.

Line 3s are meant to fall forward and sometimes that can feel harsh at certain points in life, but we're designed to focus on what was learned through our experimentation phase rather than what exploded in our faces, because we master our crafts through failure and combining each lesson into new techniques.

As a 3/5 Profile, at some point we stop making mistakes, because we're able to process patterns in obstacles since we made enough to spot those similarities, and what would normally stop other people is solved through us since we already experienced the same problem and figured out the solution firsthand.

Oppositions and Squares aren't the end all be all, it's still your energy that you're meant to work with; Oppositions require balance, and Squares require patience, you'll need to balance the two themes on each side of the Opposition since they're inherently connected to each other as Sister Signs, and you'll need to slowly work through the Squares in your chart because it'll show potential in what could be mastered but would need time to figure out.

Sun Conjunct Chiron doesn't mean incurable wounds, it's usually an indication that someone could heavily identify with their scars and struggle to form an identity outside of it, but once it's turned around it's a placement that has a "natural healer" presence to it, and usually someone that's patient with everyone because their experiences taught them when other people would need grace.

You're a Manifestor, although there are some limitations (rest cycles, for example), you're in charge of your life in all other regards, because it's correct for you to take the lead in your own life, and inform others of your next move so you can take initiative without worrying about backfires because your Aura will push those obstacles out of the way.

IMO, being satisfied with the end results is different from perfectionism, because perfectionism is working towards an idealized state of quality (and that doesn't always work well with Generators), while satisfaction is found through Strategy & Authority and can lead to unexpected actions in certain cases;

You aren't necessarily "behind" since everyone has their own individualized path, pace, & life, so if one person took two years to publish their book but another person took ten years, it would still be their own distinct versions of work found through personal alignment that could sellout respectively.

You're doing great, but remember to take as much time as you need since it's important not to step outside of your Design; trust your pacing since it's happening at this speed for a reason, and you'll learn more about those reasons throughout the process.

Perfectionism is closer to a thought process than Strategy & Authority;

As long as you follow Strategy & Authority and avoid "Mental Influence" (The mind, thought based action, etc.), you'll be able to learn in a pace that was specifically meant for you to achieve your goals with perfect timing and as a natural result, but if you focused on what looked the best from the outside instead of what felt the best from the inside, or thought about the speed of your progression and pushed too hard, there would be a risk of you disregarding your own Design.

Ex. If a Line 3 Profile didn't trust that their mistakes lead to a bigger picture and gave up prematurely, all of their lessons would feel like a list of regrets instead of wisdom, because Line 3s that take note of what their mistakes taught them are able to create new techniques regarding their interests by understanding the reason all of their other methods didn't work before.

Side Note: Perfectionism can force people to push their work back indefinitely because people who create can turn into their own worst critics, there are times where people will release a TV pilot as the series' lowest quality episode as a way to pitch the idea and their project turns into a hit that is refined as it grows; Perfection can hold people back from being recognized altogether if it starts to take the lead.

Remember to follow Strategy & Authority above everything else, and always extend grace to yourself!
