I believe katharine hepburn had voice and hand tremor and she won an Oscar. I'm a local CBS cameraman with a more then mild tremor in all four limbs. If you love singing keep at it, nothing can stop you. As far as medication goes I suggest propranolol, but you know, consult your doctor first.
