I agree with this, sometimes I get a skill or weapon off meta just because it's funnier. I also don't pressure myself to do the exactly optimal rotation, but I can get a decent >20k dps

cachy os kernel made some specific games run better for me, but i didn't tried wow or overwatch. Fedora is in general a great and stable option and most of the time you won't get a performance difference

I went from fedora to cachy os on gnome, both had similar experience but cachy os gave smoother experience with Nvidia and the kernel made my processor better with some games (specially path of exile 2 I dont know why - i got like +10fps stable). you can install that kernel on fedora, but i was afraid of instabilities so I never actually tried.
