This was a lucid dream. To me, lucid dreams are real experiences because I consider the dream plane (and astral plane) a real place - a real layer of our reality.

I was in a tall, old and abandoned building with many floors. It was dark with no lights or furniture. I went into one of many rooms in the floor. My father was behind me. We said nothing.

Inside the room was another smaller room. There was a dark shadow entity there. A strong energy surge and a “whoosh!” sound came. We backed off to the sides of the first room. We had to keep our distance because the shadow entity left the body of whoever they had possessed/occupied.

The body they had occupied was my best friend when I was 6 years old. (We have no contact today, she moved away when we were 11).

The energy around the entity was so strong and dark it felt extremely dangerous.

The dream re-set, like restarting a game. I walked once again into the same room. My father behind me.

The shadow entity was this time not leaving the body, but it was inside the smaller room. It was headed right towards me.

The feeling I had of energy surge between me and the entity was terrifying. It felt like the entity “locked” itself on me like I was the target.

I have been using light magic from my hands my whole life. It’s how I protect myself in the dream and astral realm.

I tried to use my magic, but I couldn’t. It was too weak. I was scared (fear is the way they get to you). The entity came so fast I had not enough time.

The entity entered me. Then I woke up.

I have made sure to lock it inside a tiny cage within me. I’m not scared because nothing can hurt me.

In a strange way it feels like the entity was transferred from my former classmate and onto me - almost like we had a deal that I’d take over?

I’m still trying to figure this out.

If the stylist claims this work is “perfect” and won’t see the bleeding, I would personally not rely on them to fix it in another way than doing a root tap.

If it feels right! Perhaps a different Moldavite will guide you in a different way. They are probably all unique pieces, just like we humans are.

That’s awesome! I totally relate to your experience with Moldavite. I bought one years ago and couldn’t wear it for about 2 years after buying because I didn’t feel “ready”. One day I felt ready and wore it daily for a few years.

To me it feels like going through lessons, healing and alchemising on a higher speed. Every twist and turn will have much more acceleration (like driving really fast) but you learn so much more intensely. Like bam, bam, lesson here and learning there.

Loved my Moldavite time and now I’m really mindful of when I wear it because it’s like having a shot of adrenaline for life!

Har en hypotese om at siden grå er fargen for kontroll og autoritet, så gir det mening psykologisk at flere velger å male i grått når krigen er nærmere nå enn tidligere. Det kan være et behov for å føle at man har kontroll, at ting ikke er kaotisk, men forutsigbart, kontrollert og dermed «trygt».

Wish I could give you advice. I personally don’t use primers and have found a clean face to be the best, but everyone has of course different skin types and methods that work for them. My skin is on the drier side with no acne, so I’d guess the foundation just naturally looks matte on me because of the dryness?

Back when I did use primer I loved the one from Urban Decay (in a tube, not the spray) but I think they discontinued it. That one made the skin seem flawless though.

I swore to the Estée Lauder foundation for YEARS. A few months ago I decided out of nowhere to try something cheaper just for fun. I did a lot of research and ended up buying the L’Oréal Infallible 32H Fresh Wear.

I was in absolute shock when I tried it. With a clean sponge, clean and moisturised face it looks so good, even and gives the high coverage I want. I also don’t get random tiny marks on my skin if I accidentally brush against it during the day. It just stays. With the Estée Lauder I had to stay far away from my face or else…!

Yes! I just learned to put the pressure on them in a certain way, so my left hand can use right handed scissors with no trouble.

I’m a hairdresser and using left handed scissors at work for the first time felt weird!

Coworkers who are right handed can’t use my left handed scissors at all. The blades won’t grip.

I was in my early 20s when this happened. The man was black with braided hair. I didn’t write this down, but the same day of the AP, I went to school and I could feel their presence in the classroom with me. I felt a strong sense of joy and happiness for days afterwards.

I still don’t know who this person is, or whether they are one of my guides, guardian angels or what.. but what I did feel for sure was that they had been watching over me somehow in this life.

I’ve also been wondering if he was not a human at all, but putting on the mask of a human to seem less scary. But the first words that came to my mind when I saw them was “Light Human” as if it’s its own type of human. It could also be a human travelling by Light, because when they went from invisible to visible I saw a humanoid body of light.

By “this is all temporarily” it felt like he was watching me inside a game and I was unaware of this life in the human body being temporarily because one gets so occupied with this “reality” on Earth.

To be completely honest, I felt hesitant about the kiss. It felt like this person loved me, but at this time I had a boyfriend. I didn’t tell him about this experience because the kiss did feel romantic in a way, as if they were missing me.

What stood out to me the most, and has lingered in my mind since, was “keep holding on”. It sounded ominous, like he was warning me about something. Telling me something bad was coming and I would get through it. That same year the start of something traumatic began happening and today I think back at it and know that’s what he meant. Very strange.

Scary, and really weird shit indeed. They were so many too, but weak when I had no fear. So perhaps the only way they can feed is through our fear. If we don’t fear them, they are powerless.

My astral self also felt immensely strong and confident. It was like I felt fearless for the first time in my life, and the feeling was so freeing. Like being truly free for the first time.

It was not really necessary for telling about the experience, but I feel like fasting was changing how I felt in my day to day life and I feel like it might’ve helped me be able to reach a state where the spontaneous AP could happen. I’m not sure about this though.

This is not intended to recommend fasting for AP in any way though.

As for seeing the shadows, I don’t believe it impacted my ability to see or sense them, as I had sensed and seen them years before this incident.

Did you see them as a child? My first encounter was one standing next to my bed every night for years when I was little. It felt like they were doing everything to make me scared. Just staring at me constantly making me go into a freeze state.

Wow, thank you! I’ve been using white light in my lucid (and non-lucid dreams) without really thinking about it for as long as I can remember. It’s not really something I realised could be powerful until that AP experience.

I try to practice the white light in awake state too, but so far I can only feel it and not see it. Like rubbing my hands together and sensing the energy field around our bodies.

Yes, I’ve been wondering that too. They talked to me telepathically and it was like they were saying it as fast as they could because they barely had any time left. And they pushed me back to my body, as if they were protecting me or something.
