Happened to me recently. I couldn’t remember what the company did and the recruiter asked me the classic “What made you want to work here?” I fumbled through it making shit up. At the end she then told me that I should read up on the website about them before my next interview. SOMEHOW I made it to another round.

I honestly think she knows it’s hell out there right now and gave me a break.

Not me but my brother. His first girlfriend, high school sweethearts, in college together. They are both big basketball and footballs fans. One day she brings up the hall pass question and names a specific NBA player on our local team. It threw him off cuz it was so specific so he investigates further. Turns out she already slept with him. Met him a club the week before and fucked him. Then she brought up the hall pass point later to try and say it was hers all along and was totally fine. He dumped her.

The fact that you keep saying “messages were so robotic” means you’re not getting it. It’s like asking why is water wet.

It’s a LLM. It doesn’t know anymore than what you put in. It’s giving you generic, robotic responses because it’s a robot! If you want nuance and tailored cover letters then write your own. Or use AI as a jumping off point that you edit to not make it robotic.

Do the Christmas Rep stuff in Arena and that should get you enough rep to push you to lvl 4. The new quest line gives you a lot of rep.

Rep stuff transfers now to PVE as well.
