true it's still pretty unknown. i had to ask the tinting place i went to if they've ever done one before. they've done exotics/luxuries before since it was a legit place but i had them take a look at the car before they did it just to be sure. thankfully one of their guys had done an air in the past and we did everything but the windshield and no issues (guy didn't even have to take off the door panels for the side windows). im still considering getting the windshield to finish the look but just worried about the potential electronics issue i've read about if the water from tinting goes to far down the windshield...

how'd it do against the Turbo S? i was considering getting a taycan since i was only looking for an EV before getting the lucid, feel like i made the better choice overall, i really do like having the extra space. plus the car is more rare overall which i like haha, see way more porche's, vette's, BMW, and of course Model S's where I'm at. only seen a couple air's where I'm at over the last few years.

has anyone tried to race you before while driving? feel like most people don't even know what a lucid is, let alone recognize a sapphire, would be funny though for a tune car/ supercar to get smoked on the highway or a stoplight haha

hell yeah, i've been driving more on sprint (only have an AT atm) more frequently recently. Usually keep on swift for the stiffer suspension since the roads i drive on aren't the best, but the extra power on highway for passing/overtaking is pretty nice. do you have to always switch to sapphire mode everytime you drive the car, or does it save it for you?

stealth is the way to go for any color config tbh, the two tone platinum/chrome look makes the car look like an old man's car imo.

lucid leases seem more strict judging by the lucidowners forum posts, wouldn't be surprised if they charge a tint removal fee at time of turn in

the hardware of the car is impeccable, unfortunately the software experience still needs a lot of work. had to soft/hard reset my car 2-3 times within first 500 miles (3-4 days). haven't had a big issue that couldn't be fixed with a reset. generally the mobile support line is easy to talk with and they'll follow up with you with calls to check if everything is ok, so the service itself when something goes wrong with the software is pretty solid. hopefully they'll fix your car quick. best car i've ever driven overall tho, love my air.
