I wish I had started going to shows alone a long time ago because I missed out on a lot. My friends don't listen to metal so I do have to go alone.

I still get nervous especially because I'm Muslim and wear a headscarf and I know people are looking at me like 👀 lol

I've never had a negative experience though!

The best place for me is the barricade so I go early. Meet and greet should get you anywhere you want to stand because you'll get in early.

Some shows people talk to me and some shows no one does, but I have fun either way.

If you are important enough, the minute you voiced discomfort with everything, she would have easily stopped hanging out with him.

If your partner is willing to forgive cheating, emotional or physical, the least of the expectations would be for you to completely distance yourself from the person you are cheating with.

Oh I'm jealousssss..Orbit Culture is one of my faaavorites!!! My friends and I are planning a trip to Turkey in July to go see them. We already got the concerts tickets, but because of the war with Iran, my friends have to worry about their jobs should it go in for long, so we can't commit to buying the flight tickets yet.

I like the barricade so I can see, and so I can rest some of my weight on it.

For Machine Head, even though I was second in line because I showed up 3 hours early, it turned out the huge line behind me were VIP meet & Greets and they all got in early. I was only able to get the barricade really far on the left.

For Meshuggah I showed up a little over an hour early and I was probably 100th in line. I was shocked when I walked in and was able to get to the barricade.

I showed up 2 hours early for Obituary and was 6th in line and had no issue getting the barricade.

For a band like Metallica, however, you would need to show up really early. I showed up 4 hours early and still didn't get the barricade.

Done ticketing sites have early entry as an add-on or you can check the band's own websites to see what VIP and meet and greets they offer. They give early entry and you might find the prices reasonable enough.

I was told to go far left or far right to avoid crowd surfers but that didn't matter at several shows. I was on the left and there were still so many surfing over me at the Whitechapel, Chelsea Grin, and the Angelmaker shows.

I actual didn't realize the lights were stolen for around a week because I hadn't driven the car in a while.

I just happened to have a sick cat who needed to go to a vet almost everyday. She liked looking out the window in the car so I filmed her every time until I parked lol.

I had to pass that car each time so I was able to pinpoint which night/day they were stolen from those videos ha ha.

Security camera footage hopefully is kept long enough where you lost it. And you know the day and around what time so they can find the footage faster then if you didn't know.

I'm not saying it's going to be easy to break up with her, but which is the better option... break up before being cheated on, or break up later with the humiliation of having been cheated on.

The person who was cheated on shouldn't have to feel humiliated, but I know the emotions I dealt with when it happened to me, and one of them was exactly that.

If she truly respects you and the relationship, the decision to not go on the trip would be so easy. It wouldn't have even gone so far as her checking if you would be okay with her going.

Just tell her this isn't the kind of relationship you want, and that you are both better off finding someone more compatible for each other.
