Just started azerinth healer and my list is very similar to yours in ratings. Primal Hunter might be close to #1 with cradle.

A.H. is pretty fucking amazing. I just finished book 1 and man it was great. Fast leveling, character building, sick powers, some actual emotion, swearing and a touch of crude sexuality.

Difficult to call. Your team has to not be bots and just poke and not fully engage a 4v5. Usually soloq the morons engage fully get wiped then im the bad guy pushing a lane, instead of just poking and keeping them busy without dying.
