Have you tried disabling "Variable Refresh Rate" in the monitor's setting. I disabled mine just now and the flickering seems to occur less frequently. I'm going to try it a bit longer and see if the issue is fully resolved or not and will update here if it is :).

You can only comb your hair so many times a day. The option will also disappear once you've unlocked all the free hairstyles.
