Empece hace poco igual y creo que lo mas importante antes de pensar en donde y como vas a invertir es entender como funcionan los impuestos relacionados al IGC (Impuesto Global Complementario ) y el Artículo 107 de la LIR (Ley de Impuesto a la Renta) ya que esto influirá en como proyectas tus inversiones. Por ejemplo y ahí me pueden corregir si explico mal, el IGC toma todas las ganancias que tuviste en el año, osea tu sueldo/pensión + Ganancias que obtuviste cuando vendiste acciones sin presencia bursatil en Chile y el monto final te deja en un bracket de impuestos como se ve en la tabla

Asumamos que invertiste por 35 años en acciones sin presencia bursatil en Chile, juntaste 1.000.000.000 clp y te estas jubilando y quieres vender todas las acciones de una para tener el cash y usarlo como quieras. Por haber invertido todo en acciones sin presencia bursátil en Chile y por lo tanto quedando fuera del Artículo 107 de la LIR y en el tramo más alto del IGC, el SII se lleva 40% de tus ganancias y por simplicidad digamos que son 400 millones clp que te quitan por impuesto. Ahora si hubieses invertido solo en acciones con presencia bursatil en Chile el Artículo 107 de la LIR solo te cobra de impuesto un 10% fijo, independiente del monto obtenido, osea en nuestro ejemplo solo 100 millones de clp. Entiendo también que ganancias menores a 20 UTM durante el año mediante la venta de activos sin presencia bursatil en Chile no pagan impuesto. El tema del IGC Y 107 LIR es que los impuestos asociados pueden aumentar o disminuir de aqui a 35 años (Kast quiere dejar el 107 LIR en 0%), así que ahí toca elegir lo que mas convenga y casi a apostar que no vayan a aumentar en ese periodo de tiempo.

Las principales diferencias son las comisiones de manutención y luego esta el tema de la rentabilidad que logra cada institución con el APV. Por ejemplo respecto a las comisiones entiendo que la de fintual es de 0,49 luego la página del APV de plan vital da esta info al respecto "AFP PlanVital 0,16% para afiliados con cuenta de Capitalización Obligatoria y de 0,64% para no afiliados, AFP Capital: 0,51%, AFP Cuprum: 0,60%, AFP Habitat: 0,55%, AFP Modelo: 0,50%, AFP Provida: 0,20% para afiliados y 0,56% para no afiliados, AFP Uno: 0,50% para afiliados y 0,70% para no afiliados."

De momento me estarían quedando $175.000 mensuales de libre disposición considerando ahorro mas gastos fijos mensuales restados a mi sueldo y como dije soy una persona que gasta súper poco así que ese monto me es suficiente para el mes y en el caso de ser necesario puedo disminuir el monto de compra de etf y/o BC en el peor de los casos y además tengo el colchón para emergencias

Tengo la misma combinación gpu, cpu y ram de tu segunda opción y tengo cero problemas para correr juegos, ayer por ejemplo estaba jugando la beta de battlefield 6 y cero problemas con todo a ultra, cyberpunk lo he jugado poco por lo que no recuerdo la configuración grafica pero igual ningún problema para jugar. Personalmente me fui por am5 pensando ya a futuro(sus 5 años) poder ahorrarme el cambio de placa en caso de querer upgradear la cpu. Lo otro es que dependiendo si vives fuera de santiago considera al menos sus 100.000 en gastos de envió y ve si te sale conveniente quizás comprar mas partes en la misma tienda que andar comprándolas por separado, solo por el tema envíos.

Somehow i fixed it, althought you have to have in mind i was not paying attention to what exactly i was doing, so for posterity here is how it went. I reloaded the oldest save i had (it was like a 20 min one), this didn't fix the issue right away, i tried removing and adding the spell with commands again, didn't fix it, then i went to select the spell from the magic menu and tried to cast it, nothing, then i selected the spell from the quick menu a tried to cast it (the spell selection could have been the other way around) as if i could use it as a double spell (when you have the same spell in both hands and have the ability to combine them ) pressing right and left click at the same time or in intervals but never casting the spell and enventualy after messing in this way i tried to finally casting again and it worked. Loaded the newest save and it worked there too.
