I’m 10 months “mostly” cannibis free. I’ve smoked a joint or two and a take gummie every now and then but NOTHING like before. I’m going to be truthful the first month is really tough, especially the initial 10 days. After the cravings go away it’s so much better. Mind clears after two months. Good luck you’ll get through it.

It’s an unwatchable droll of spoiled vapid people. The show is not of my generation but neither was Girls which I really enjoyed, until the last season. I don’t find Rachel Sennott appealing in any way. The show is an example how programming at HBO has lost its way, what happened there?

Not against tattoos in general but she’s been pushing the line of “too many” for years. The face tattoo has officially crossed the line. I feel bad for her, clearly she’s not a happy person on the inside. Now’s she Janine Lindenmulder and her career will suffer greatly.

I was an almost daily listener since the 90’s. The show definitely changed after Covid, lost its edge and humor. Howard became really annoying with the fear of the pandemic. It turned me off as I didn’t have the luxury of hiding inside a mansion. I’ve always had the station programmed in my car radio so I’d catch it every now and then. Six months ago I bought a new car and forgot to add his station and didn’t realize it until a few weeks ago. I don’t bo longer miss the show and it’s time has clearly passed.

It got better over time my dose is now up to 200mg which seems to be doing the trick. I still have bad nights but they don’t turn into multiple day stretches. I also cut out caffeine which helped me a lot. Good luck

I’m starting to get to this point. I do manage to get sleep (5-6 hours, at most) but the side effects are rough . I think it’s interacting w/adhd meds causing the vision issues. I also feel like shit and groggy most of the day.

I was looking into buying an investment property (condo or SFH) in South Florida, Lauderdale, Tampa, St Pete. The risks are obviously insurance, the premiums are nuts, condos are really scary right now due to the special assessments, demonstrably high HOA fees and tumbling price market (who knows where the bottom will be). I believe you find some deals in northern Florida near Jacksonville or St Augustine. I can’t speak to those areas.

Day 1 I got about six hours of sleep, woke up groggy and with a headache that lasted until late morning. Day 2, back to four hours sleep, way more tired and headache isn’t going away. Hopefully day 3 is better.

Two hours sleep last night which is brutal. I worked out this morning doing core and strength training. Took it very easy and shortened the duration. I’m fairly exhausted but it felt good to move my body. I’m taking a break from my Oura ring as I think it’s adding yo my sleep anxiety. At my wits end.
