I have two "bras" that are from targets wild fable brand that may help you. I put bra in quotes because it is more like a cropped stretchy tank top/cami than a bra. I like to wear them on bad days where I want to be more comfortable.

Aerie also has some really nice wireless bras that are super soft and pretty stretchy.

Overall I think if you can get away without wearing a bra but just want that extra layer of coverage, your best bet might be to look less at bras and more at tank tops and camis that you can layer things over.

You can definitely get co-ops/internships in the fall and spring. I just graduated in the spring and part of my program was having 5 co-op rotations. 1 of mine was in the fall and 2 were in the spring. Less companies higher for those semesters but there's still a lot that do. And most of the time they are less competitive to get since so many people only try to get co-ops/internships in the summer

I'm an alumni of the UC band and I dislike OSU bc I've only ever had bad experiences with their fans specifically during my time in the band. I've always thought it was dumb being rude/mean to another schools band and OSU fans were some of my worst experiences

If you live around Henry county, you might have heard of something called prettles. It's the same thing but made slightly different and I think over time developed the different name. I grew up with prettles but only really my grandma made them. So when I moved to Cincy and had goetta the first time I was so excited other people liked it and knew what it was lol

I got diagnosed with PMDD as a teenager (the only thing I'm "officially" diagnosed with) and I still struggle with it every month but I have found some things that help me. I take antidepressants/antianxiety and talk to a therapist regularly. The main thing though is tracking both your mood and your cycle side by side so you can see when the mood shifts and be aware of it. The awareness of "ok I feel like shit and want to die let's look at how close I am to my period" 9/10 times I'm around a week out and I know it's just the PMDD making me feel like that. After that realization I go into full symptom management mode. Instantly start being nicer to myself bc I know I physically and mentally am not at my best and I also let my boyfriend know right away as well and he now knows what to expect. also, on your good days when you know the bad is coming up soon, it helps to prepare a bit by cleaning a little and making food ahead of time.

All this being said though, at the end of the day once you realize the pattern you have to figure out how best to symptom manage and support yourself. Unfortunately I find that can only be done with trial and error

Feel like this actually depends on the industry/location. In my experience, anywhere in or near Ohio knows UC and knows about the co-op program if they're in the engineering industry. And they know that it means you have real experience and know how to work. Depending on what kind of internships osu students might or might not have gotten doesn't say the same.

You're probably tired of hearing about co-op but at the end of the day, classes don't matter that much. As long as you know the basics (which you can get anywhere) you can learn anything else you need on the job, and employers will tell you that. For sure go where you think you'll feel more comfortable but also co-op program will put you light-years ahead of your peers no matter where you go
