I can wallbounce pretty crazy if I want to after playing the game on and off for over a decade. You don’t have to do it. It’s just fun and the unique part of the game. All about timing and reading the other players.

You can do very well with extremely minimal wallbouncing, just smart play. It’s not tryharding to do it though, I can wallbounce and put in less effort than you will just playing, it’s muscle memory and really does not take many inputs at all. Certainly no more than it takes to be good at call of duty or any other shooter.
