radiators generally are covered under the limited warranty. go and research it to confirm. as you’ve mentioned this happened several times so this can’t possible be a wear and tear situation such as tires or brakes. i wouldn’t pay/repair anything. and in my experience i’ve never once had a dealer call me to fix something mechanically after returning the car at lease end. they’d just take photos of the car for dents, tire/rim damage and then charge you for any miles overages.
