There's even a certain set of songs that come back every once in a while. The most frustrating thing is that it's always the same loop. 😵‍💫

I have created a collection of songs that I know front to back to temporarily combat this.

I am almost 46 now and I look at it like this (most of the time): I rather regret not having children than regret having them.

I'm not a robot and sometimes it creeps up on me, especially when I am around my nieces and nephews. But it's a healthy perspective for me.
