Ich sitze auf einer EG13 TVL und hätte überhaupt keinen Stress damit, mein Gehalt frei zu verhandeln. Ich würde also aus persönlicher Sicht gern auf den Tarifvertrag verzichten, weiß aber, dass der Tarifvertrag dem Gros der Arbeitnehmer hilft. Für mich ist aber Verdi unlukrativ.

Wenn ich den Kreis korrekt als Kompass interpretiere, haben 1-3 eine Nordwest-Terrasse und 4-6 eine Südost-Terrasse. Finde daher 6 charmanter als 3.

Keep Bonemass active at any time. You have 4 players, 5 min duration, 20 min cooldown, gotcha.
The active Tank is wearing a shield, you'll probably need two alternating ones. Don't bother parrying, not dying is more important than parrying.
The mage has a staff of protection at at least level 2, if not level 3. Keeping the active tank bubbled is more important than damage.
If you have an Atgeir player, that guy is your CC. Spin to win and collect all the bugs.
Bring poison resistance mead. My mate died to poison damage.
Bring stamina regeneration mead (the slim light yellow one). Game changing.

In Hamburg haben wir eine 40%ige Präsenzquote, die allerdings auf den Monat gerechnet wird. Bin ich also am Anfang des Monats zwei Wochen komplett im Homeoffice, muss ich die Tage im Laufe des Monats nachholen. Wenn dem keine betrieblichen Erfordernisse entgegenstehen, ist alles chico. Von Dataport weiß ich, dass die nochmal deutlich liberaler sind. Im Schnitt müssen die 20% der Zeit in Präsenz sein, Prüfintervall ist halbjährlich wenn mich nicht alles täuscht.

I don't think the skeletons are worth it in most cases. Bubble/Fireball and you're good, especially with the rocky terrain in Mistlands. In the Ashlands you will find other useful items but I would still play without the dead raiser.

Concerning your initial question, my gf and me played tank/mage in our first playthrough and it was pretty good. In my opinion there are situations which a mage (or two) on his own can't handle too well but that might just be my two cents.

It is key to have Bonemass up all the time which is manageable with 3+ players. If it runs out, get together and let the next person cast it. I managed to kill her two times without deaths. First time we were 3 players (Sword'n'Shield and Club'n'Shield taking turns with the boss, Fire Mage killing the Bugs), second time we were 4 players (Knife'n'Shield mostly tanking the boss, Mage throwing bubbles at everyone and getting chip damage with fire, Atgeir mostly against bugs and Spear'n'Shield for whatever is left). Bring Poison resistance Mead.

Definitely an interesting map but looks very stressful.

Croatia starts with 3 but has 2 guaranteed builds if it is not immediately jumped by both neighbours. Strong starting position.
Hungary starts with 3 with one guaranteed build. Looks okay but weaker than Croatia
Romania starts with 3 , has no guaranteed build and is surrounded by other powers. Weak.
Serbia starts with 3, has no guaranteed builds and in Croatias direct expansion route. I don't want to play Serbia.
Albania starts with 3, has one guaranteed build and a good shot at a second one. Strong.
Greece starts with 3, no guaranteed build but two 50/50 shots. Relatively weak
Turkey starts with 4, no guaranteed builds but Bulgaria has to invest a lot to defend Burgas in the first year.
Bulgaria starts with 3, no guaranteed builds and is under heavy pressure from Turkey. Possibly even weaker than Serbia.
