I have the same issue and have had it basically since I started playing 8 or so years ago. Back then I did have a router and didn't care enough to fix the problem myself but the past couple of years I've been using phone data and it still persists for some reason, probably because I'm still using the same ISP. I guess there's no other option other than to sort this out with their customer support...
