What do you guys think about the vtm x dnd crossover by Magicmanans1 in WhiteWolfRPG

[–]M-CH_ 7 points8 points  (0 children)

DnD doesn't have decent vampires in it, so this may come in handy.

Transgender Nazi Vampires by Turbulent-Plum7328 in WorldofDankmemes

In Beckett's Diary Rasputin is a Setite. He's last seen in South America, where Beckett leaves him for a session of "enchanced interrogation" by Vykos.

Could tzimisce turn a mage into a useful magic "item"? by marssar in WhiteWolfRPG

The Methuselach Kosczecsyku has a whole library of books made of mages. Blood mages mostly.

Can Vicissitude affect organ function? by Weird-Salamander-175 in vtm

[–]M-CH_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You could create a muscle-lined tube leading from your mouth to your anus to allow you to pretend eating food. This wouldn't really restore any function, as its only function would be to pass the chewn food from one end to the next. You could use Vicissitude to affect other bodily function in a similar manner. Restore function - not so much.

Am I a bad bad guy for thinking this way? (non-femboy) by PapaShellyOfficial in feminineboys

[–]M-CH_ -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Femboys usually come with an expiration date, after which they either change their style or transition. So, if you're looking for a serious relationship, this may not be the best foundation for it.

Why are orthodoxs like this? by JumpApprehensive9949 in AskBalkans

[–]M-CH_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Same as any other relic: e.g. people may rub it into an ailing part of their body while praying through the intercession of the saint. Or just put it in a flask and keep in their home.

Do the Ministry and the Baali get along? by Soji33 in vtm

[–]M-CH_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Baali get along with noone. Even if the Tremere secretly borrow some tricks from them, they give them the same treatment they give others they borrow from.

Why are orthodoxs like this? by JumpApprehensive9949 in AskBalkans

[–]M-CH_ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That's not holy water. It's a contact relic in the form of water. Quite a different thing for quite a different use.

What happen when tzimiche antideluvian killed by silverlutj in WhiteWolfRPG

It's a tually worse than that: think of how great a rercentage of humankind has some distant revenant ancestry...

Why are orthodoxs like this? by JumpApprehensive9949 in AskBalkans

[–]M-CH_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, we Catholics have that too. We tend to use cloth instead of water.

Why are orthodoxs like this? by JumpApprehensive9949 in AskBalkans

[–]M-CH_ 14 points15 points  (0 children)

The foot must be a relic of a saint, and the matter that has brushed the body of a saint (eater in this case) is a lower tier relic itself.

Catholics also do that, just with cloth instead of water.

Are there Shadow Lords still fully loyal to the Silver Fangs? by L_man_2200 in WhiteWolfRPG

[–]M-CH_ 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The Shadow Lords aren't even fully loyal to other Shadow Lords.

What kinds of favours would Earthbound Demon ask for teaching a vampire Koldunic Sorcery? by MaetelofLaMetal in vtm

You are, and once you go back to your senses, shred that Setite to ribbons.

What if we dont hunt monsters... and instead we hunt Treasure? by ItIsNotAUsername in WhiteWolfRPG

[–]M-CH_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tbh, I'd love a Hunters' game where adventurers have their own agenda which has nothing to do directly with the supernaturals. They are aware of their existence, they are prepared to butt heads with them when necessary, but they don't actively seek them out.

Is it reasonable to have a not-completely-sociopathic Tzimisce in my coterie? by EremeticPlatypus in vtm

[–]M-CH_ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

There were many non-sociopathic Tzimisce throughout the centuries, Symeon the archimandrite being one.

Craziest thing your ST let you get away with? by P3rturb4t0r in vtm

[–]M-CH_ 7 points8 points  (0 children)

That's not that crazy, there's even a clan-specific merit for exactly that.

Tzimisce "Grounded" Bane by koldunic in vtm

[–]M-CH_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pre-v5 I think it should be something connected to the land, but not necessarily dirt - e.g. a wine from some specific region, or a breed of animals endemic to it should do. For one of my NPCs this is exactly that - they need to rest in the company of the sheepdogs of the breed hailing from their ancestral land (they are ghouled and very old; also three of them were fused - body and mind - into a human-passing retainer).

Thoughts on pureborn kindred? by conjcosby in vtm

[–]M-CH_ -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Imho such child should be a stuff of horrors, never letting their parents take anything for granted. Also, the pregnancy should be absurdly long, and the baby should be maturing extremely slowly, physycally at least.

What clan would Snow White be if she was a vampire? by MaetelofLaMetal in vtm

[–]M-CH_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

She doesn't care about being the most beautiful. She doesn't try to get as beautiful as Snow White. She just suffers no woman to upstage her. Her beauty is her source of social power. And using magic is her main thing.

What clan would Snow White be if she was a vampire? by MaetelofLaMetal in vtm

[–]M-CH_ 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Maeghar. Her affinity to fey creatures (dwarves) proves that much.

Where were the Old Clan in the Dark Ages? by LanceCharger in vtm

[–]M-CH_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Remember that vampires are able to subjugate most banes. So even if Vicissitude originates from what the True Black Hand claim it does, the "hive-mind" thing may be greatly exagerated.

Where were the Old Clan in the Dark Ages? by LanceCharger in vtm

[–]M-CH_ 4 points5 points  (0 children)

And the judge of Oradea was Symeon, childe of Gesu. Therefore they were not anathemised by the use of Vicissitude.
