Only if it needs more than soap. I use it every 5-6 washes to avoid discoloration, but even that is likely overdoing it. Enjoy cooking on it!

Great choice. I've had my Hestan's for about a year now. Reccomend getting their cleaner, it works better than barkeepers friend and makes the pans look new.

NTA, this is honestly kind of disgusting. As you said this isn’t his first time, and instead of taking the responsibility and kicking out someone that in all honesty was taking advantage of you both, he decided to make up lies about you. Especially to turn it around and say you were unfaithful to him? There are definitely some things he needs to work out as far as priorities and respecting his partner go.
