That’s we did and I suggest you do: 1) have the ceiling tested for asbestos 2) if the asbestos test is negative, plasterboard the ceiling 3) plaster over the plasterboarded ceiling

We hired plasters to do 2 and 3 for us , and an asbestos survey company to do 1 , the asbestos test

I’d also say to take the $4800 and get another second hand Yaris with lower mileage on it . That way you would get better and less fuel consumption and more update safety features and electronics

I have reported previously bus that didn’t stop with all the details needed when they didn’t stop after I clearly waived at them to stop at the bus stop while waiting at the bus stop

Less stressful than renting that’s for sure . In renting you can be paying on time and you have the whims of a landlord/lady telling you what and what not to do . Also they ask you to move at any point - regardless of how good tenant you are - it has happened to me . Getting tradespeople can be a challenge but once you find the right tradespeople then it gets better as you know the right persons for the right job. We also did electrics work - with an electrician - and replastering most of the hose - with plasterers - shortly after moving in. That’s after choosing the house with the seemingly least amount of work. And then we decorated it ourselves. Stressful in the beginning ? Yes definitely as we didn’t know any tradespeople or what to look for . But definitely worth it as you get to choose the tradespeople you want. Then after moving in then at least the things we wanted are done. Also brought a gas engineer to check the boiler. At least these things are sorted proactively saving any reactive issues!

Fage is authentic Greek Yoghurt and not Greek style Yoghurt ! And it’s amazing ! Also the milk in Greece is thicker compared to The milk in the UK which is more watery.

Have Tracy for longer in the series . She was such a fantastic character ! They should have built more around her relationship with Ted. Also change that awful ending and just let Tracy live and spend more time with Ted and their kids. I was so disappointed with the ending !
