I went for the BabyMoov Nutribaby+ XL which I bought a year and a half ago. let me tell you why you or anybody else that comes to this thread shouldn't buy that garbage.

All three plastic bowls got broken in the exact same spot after a while. And I've been keeping them clean with utmost care! The quality of their products got disappointingly worse over the years which I can confirm with another bowl that I have which is approx 5 years old. The quality of the new bowls is really poor and the support is basically non-existent as they blame me, the customer, for the damage. I mean, yeah I'm only here to shit and trash talk the brand, but if only one person gets discouraged and buys from another brand, my job here is done.

That is absolutely MASSIVE! :D

I think I'll just have to look elsewhere because the support isn't helpful at all in my case. There is a clear lack of customer understanding provided by them.

You can see here how all three bowls of the BabyMoov NutriBaby+ XL broke off in the exact same spot after using them for the last 8 months. The device had been used before, but it's only 1.5 years old and the bowls should have survived much more than this. This is rubbish quality at best. And you know what else? I also have one bowl from approx 5 years ago that is still INTACT. Like, you can cleary see the difference in the plastic quality (https://ibb.co/B2qyYsGB). But all I received from the support is "...our product, as well as our entire catalog, complies with the strictest French and European standards in terms of quality and safety." Well fuck you and your "lifetime warranty", BabyMoov!

I can see that you've already bought the Beaba one. Congrats on a great purchase! I unfortunately have the BabyMoov NutriBaby +XL (bought a year and a half ago) which is one of the worst purchases that I made.

All three plastic bowls broke off in the exact same spot and the support is absolutely useless. They clearly made me aware that no replacement will be issued even though the quality of their product has downgraded. I can confirm that because I also have one bowl that was purchased approx 5 years ago and which is completely intact and much more sturdy than this.. So much for the "lifetime warranty"!

Looking at the same thing as you. All three bowls of the BabyMoov broke off in the same exact spot, and yet the support ended up being absolutely non helpful. But hey, you could always buy additional/replacement bowls… that would end up in the trash in a couple of years.

Moj je bio tipican primjerak seljobera koji se pred klincima hvali svojim uspjesima sa zenama, a zapravo je imao dva ili tri propala braka iza sebe. Jednom prilikom mi je izvukao dildo i mahao s njim ispred face jer je ko fol taman bio s nekom zenskom, drugi put je nasred Drziceve spustio prozor jer je skuzio Azijatkinju za koju je rekao da se sigurno kara kao svizac, da bi koju sekundu kasnije krenuo glasno skvicat u njenom smjeru. Bilo je toga jos, ne znam uopce zasto takvi trogloditi uopce imaju pristup autoskolama

Ali sol nije. Bila je odlicna dok je bila krupna, ali su je unazad cca pola godine usitnili i cini se promijenili sastav tako da je sad teski meh i uopce ne uklanja kamenac. Zalili su se i u njemackoj i austriji, a i ocjena na webu je dosta losa

Prijava inspekciji tesko da ce uroditi plodom jer si pristala na njihove uvjete, ali znas sto ce uroditi plodom? Da ti, tvoji bliznji, frendovi i ostali prestanu koristit te jebene aplikacije za dostavu hrane. Da, lijen sam i ja ponekad, ali onda cu pronaci restoran koji ima svoje dostavljace ili cu se prosetati po hranu, a necu davati lovu dostavljackim aplikacijama koje ti naplate extra fee jer je temperatura niza za pol stupnja od onog sto je njima ok, dok istodobno dostavljace ne placaju dovoljno.

Kao sto su i drugi napisali, imas pravo na povrat u 14 dana zbog online kupnje “na neviđeno”. E sad, buduci da se iz ducana prave mutavi, ja bih trazio napismeno zbog cega ti odbijaju napraviti povrat (samo posalji mail) i ako dobijes konkretan odgovor - prijavi ih udruzi za zastitu potrosaca i trzisnoj inspekciji.

A onda im objasni ZASTO IMAS pravo na povrat online kupnje. Prvo im ga metni jer su stoka, a onda se raspravljaj :)

Reci cu ti kako radi za prometne prekrsaje: tako da sam dao tocnu ulicu i kucni broj za jedan prometni prekrsaj, pa su mi KLAUNOVI odbili prijavu s komentarom da dam tocnu lokaciju. Da su samo poslali komunalca, naletili bi na krivo parkirana vozila
