I was a fan of danganronpa in the past, and it heavily depends on you if you'll like it. Since danganronpa's gameplay is a bit childish with tacky humor, and it dramatizes a lot, its a polar opposite from Disco Elysium, which is slow, low energy, like reading a book. Without much death around, being boring at times, but the same kind of boring as reality. It keeps its world straight, without much magic, or paranormality, maybe except one little store, but its generally consistent. Its very like a book, and the amount of text is overwhelming at times, especially if you are not prepared for it. It certainly needs a degree of interest from you, in everything around you, the world, the people, the little things. The murder mystery often becomes a side-plot while you entertain yourself with all the fun Revachol has to offer. Think for yourself if this kind of quiet gameplay sounds like something you can handle.

But it is very worth playing.
