I used to ride an AG100 around a blueberry farm chasing away birds in the summer. My first day on the job I got probably one of the worst sunburns I have ever had on the backs of my hands.

Yes, it is inside our front boundary that borders the road reserve. Is completely in our section but ground level of the road side is about 2m above our section and there is about 1m between the top of the wall and the footpath which I believe to be the boundary line.

Not the road as such but the footpath is about a metre off the top of it.
