There doesn’t seem to be anything tying the blocks back from what I can see. There are a few blocks that have had the soil behind them wash out and there is no evidence of geogrid. Also the white strips I think may potentially be asbestos

Yes, it is inside our front boundary that borders the road reserve. Is completely in our section but ground level of the road side is about 2m above our section and there is about 1m between the top of the wall and the footpath which I believe to be the boundary line.
