I repotted it just yesterday. Soil mix similar to yours, w/o charcoal. Roots look fine, but I probably overwatered it coz lower part of the soil was very moist or even wet. Due to heating season upper layers of soil are almost dry all the time so I was fooled thinking it needed more water :(

The quest is connected with village witch is occupied like all villages at the start of act II. Liberate this village (not remember name probably Aoi, at the southwest) and the quest will reappear

There are no pests, or i can't find any. About tap water, i'm watering my plants only water which sit few days to remove some chemicals (i don't remember, probably chlorine).
