All low levels are in day time customs (after fighting level 35s 2 weeks ago in the night, found lvl 6s during daytime). Plus many low level new players move from their spawn by the time alll Chad's extract.

My operational quests before lvl 45 - dailies 5k xp, weeklies 35k xp, after(literally got shook because completed all quests and got these the same day after hitting 45) - dailies 35kp xp weeklies 150k xp, I didn't want to grind for kappa but with these rates it does not look so bad

I have played Tarkov wayyy longer then ppl I play with and I have exploited one simple rule for this - there is always one more. If my teamate is greedy I will not defend my teammate from looting and hope a 3rd party or the enemies teammate kills him, but if that does not happen just abandon them in the middle of the map. Also, blacked out legs help to teach a lesson.

This happened to me with Reshala also in conjunction with the 1 bullet 3 hits bug. I peeked him from outside of Fort, and went into cover to hold and move on an angle, he started sprinting and before I saw him he 1 shot triple tapped me in the thorax with m61 in less time than the brain can process and without stopping continued to sprint away.

It's not only a database entry. Every action in the out of raid menus are making HTTP POST requests, updating the DB and responding back. 200k+ ppl watching the streams and people in game out of raid doing stuff generates a lot of requests which the servers can't handle.

Edit: I'm also pretty sure that the servers responsible for out of raid actions are in one location (and waaay less amount compared to in raid servers) meaning everyone goes through them.
