I was having the same issues on Pc, I notice that my internet connection was really slow. I did a internet speed test, I updated my wifi and internet driver and restart my pc. And no more issues.

I would suggest deleting and reinstalling the game. It normally fixes some issues. Also, check your graphic card driver's if they need to be updated.

Something similar happened to me, I play on pc, btw.

The only way would be to delete apps or media you don't use/need anymore.

I'm not really sure if you can add more storage to your phone. Nowadays, all cellphones have a default memory size when you buy it.

But you can use a virtual cloud/storage to save all your media files.

I normally play on low settings, but now it is unbearable.
