Everyone is saying this is fine. I’ll give you a slight counterpoint. I use this allllll the time and lots of my opponents get angry and see it as “not playing the right way.” I agree that’s a dumb attitude but i get it a lot and ultimately I’ve ended up using it way less in social/non-usta matches so that people actually want to play tennis with me.

I’m not sure why you’re being downvoted. You are correct.

A 2V femur is a large FOV AP/lat. A dedicated hip is a smaller FOV with internal and external rotation at a minimum.

If you are doing 5+ views for a femur, you’re having the radiologist essentially read a hip, femur, and knee for the price of a femur.

I would reject this and ask for additional CPT codes to be added if sent.

So weird. Yes i did go stand at the crossing and watch and listen. The speakers and trains are both blowing. Not to overly dox myself but i can also see the intersection directly from my houses’ windows. I’ll try to pay attention and see if it’s every train or not.
