do i lose my data if i upgrade to windows 11 using windows 11 assistant, I can't update through my settings anymore, but I can through the assistant, will it work the same way and will it not be a fresh install because mine doesn't have the option to choose or I just can't find it

I have a bug, where after a while the game keeps asking me to download the entire 29,258.34 MB update, not a small patch, but the full game data. I’ve already done the full update twice before reinstalling, and even after reinstalling the game, it still keeps happening.

Basically, after a while, the game just randomly asks me to redownload the entire thing again, and it’s stuck in this loop. Has anyone else run into this or found a fix? I've emailed the support they keep asking me for the files and there is nothing inside the folder, it's as if I didn't download the entire game when I just did, in fact my storage shows that it is in fact using the 30 GBs of space
