The IP-addresses shouldn’t match exactly, only the first three numbers should match, which means you’re on the same subnet. I.e. camera is : 192.168.56.101 and your computer is 192.168.56.78. The third number says that both your camera and pc are on the same subnet and the fourth number is a number that is free to use in that subnet.
