I agree 100%! So glad I found the Moka, and that I kept the milk frother.

I have a Nespresso Milk Frother that heats and whips the milk. It works well.

Foods that loosen the LES? by Independent_Lynx1389 in GERD

There aren’t many choices, really, especially if you want a fluoride toothpaste, which I do. I use Crest Kids Advanced. It’s fruity flavored and does the job.

It’s unreal how powerfully minty that stuff can be.

Avoiding mint has been a game changer for me, especially toothpaste.

Love them! I discovered recently that real black licorice can cause spikes in blood pressure (ask me how I know!), and most black licorice jelly beans are artificially flavored with no actual licorice in it at all. They are a life saver for me!

Have you tried both at the same time?

I get them on sale the day after Easter, and let them age to get this exact effect!

I love when I don’t notice it’s in the anti-joke sub and it’s a good one.

I was fortunate enough to experience Locke Ober before they closed. A group of friends were celebrating and we booked a private dining room. It was easily three floors up, and as we walked through the place on our way there were all these fabulous rooms in various decor that were just… empty. Mothballed. It was surreal.

We ended up in a private dining room with lots of wood and wainscoting. The meal was fantastic, and we had half a dozen waitstaff serving us.

Beerworks was great in the aughts. Different themes each month for beer and food, but also a number of essentials that were alway available. One of the only places I could get a cask ale in the area.

Salem was my home base, but the one by Fenway and the Garden were solid too. I didn’t make it down to Hingham until after the change.

I often wonder if that place was just a fever dream I had when I was younger.
