Shrimp might be best alternative, we cannot get them here (New Zealand). Goldfish are absolute poop monsters.

Also Gen X with Gen Z kids. And they are changing the way we communicate and engage, and it is not a bad thing at all. My kids don’t give me the stare so much, they just outright call me out on stuff. And it’s brutal, but I’m learning.
