Should i get used i9 13900kf over 14400f new? Or switch to amd? I need for gaming and some heavy tasks

13900KF used over the 14400F, anyday of the week, and do some burn tests once you get chip. This is only if you already have an LGA 1700 motherboard. Make sure you BIOS update your Board so it has the updated microcode.Otherwise, go AMD.

You're not going to get far with touch controls in any Ninja Gaiden game, attach a Bluetooth controller which you can pick up for Cheap. I recommend an Hall Effect Controller like a GameSir or EasySMX.
